After a devastating fire, Jobes Builders rebuilt this simple, 100 year old rental house.  The renovation preserved the irreplaceable details of the historic home.  Additions to the back of the house incorporate modern spatial design, strategies, and materials which seamlessly complement this original structure.

Project Architect Ted Jones comments, “It’s an ongoing conversation about salvage, recycling old materials, sun shading strategies, flexibility of use, energy efficiency, [and] blending contemporary with tradition.”
